Refund Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. However, we have the following refund policy in
place:
- Eligibility: Refunds are only available for the Annual Plan within 7 days of purchase if
no image queries have been used.
- Non-Refundable Plans: The Basic and Pro Plans are non-refundable due to their short-term
nature.
- Processing: Refund requests can be submitted to prashant@kikani.in. Approved refunds will be processed within 10
business days.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription to our services as follows:
- Basic and Pro Plans: No cancellations are allowed after purchase as these are one-time
payment plans.
- Annual Plan: You may cancel your subscription anytime. However, no refunds will be issued
if image queries have been used.
- Procedure: To cancel, send a request to prashant@kikani.in. Your account will be deactivated within 5
business days of confirmation.
